Westwood Hills Park offers picnic tables and benches all along the trail and also close to the parking lot. The Napa Valley Naturalists is a non-profit organization that manages Carolyn Parr Nature Museum close to the parking area of the park. This museum showcases different plants and animals found in Napa County. There is also a nature library for children.
Fuller Park
Fuller Park is located in the Oak Street at the edge of the Old town of Napa. It is one of the most favorite destination for arranging birthday parties and picnics. Almost 25 tables are available for picnics. There are a number of monuments in the Fuller Park depicting many significant events. Watering fountain for small animals and horses is the most well known monument. J.F. Kennedy Park stretches along the Napa River.
The park covers around 350-acre space including about five picnic spots that can be reserved. The park also presents Napa Golf Course of 18 holes, areas for playing volleyball, football, hiking, boating, and playing area for kids. You can also reserve the Pelusi Recreation building for hosting wedding ceremonies, meetings, and private parties.
Crane Park
Crane Park in St.Helena occupies 10-acre area that includes tennis court, baseball field, and playground for children, horse shoe pits, group and individual picnic spots along with two restrooms. You must reserve the group picnic spots during the peak picnicking months. Lyman Park is also situated in St. Helena. It is a small park covering 1-acre area including gazebos, individual picnic tables, and playground for children, grassy fields. You can also take gazebos at rent for hosting events like marriage ceremonies and birthday parties.
Yountville Park
Yountville Park is a beautiful and famous place for going to picnic in Yountville. It is one of the best parks for children with distinct assemblage of play equipment. From the park, the street leads to Pioneer Cemetery and George Yount’s grave. George Yount was the founder of Yountville. In Calistoga there is a beautiful park called as Pioneer Park.
In this park there are gazebos, barbeque pits and picnic tables. You can also arrange your wedding, concerts and group picnic in this park. The Pioneer Park is available for taking rents.
